Our team affirms life and regards dying as a natural process that is profoundly experienced by the individual and family.

Who qualifies for hospice care?
Admission to CareYes Hospice may come from various sources, however, a licensed physician’s authorization and patient’s consent are required for admission. The patient must be diagnosed by a physician as having an advanced illness with life expectancy of six months or less, and considered terminal.
Who pays for hospice care?
CareYes Hospice is reimbursed by health insurance plans and private payment arrangements.
